Who we are

Enter the Enigma Escape Rooms is the business name of Boss Ninja Bugs LLC (Boss Ninja Bugs LLC DBA Enter the Enigma Escape Rooms), with two locations in Colorado Springs, Colorado. These terms cover entertheenigma.com, booking a game with us, and the text messages we send about your booking. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Bookings

Games are booked through our booking system, Off The Couch, which appears on our booking page, or by calling us. Prices are per person and are shown before you pay; see How much does it cost? in our FAQ.

Customer purchases are final and non-refundable. You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling from 1 hour up to less than 24 hours before your booking costs $20. With less than 1 hour’s notice, a booking can’t be rescheduled or cancelled. If we have to cancel because of unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule, a full refund, or a voucher.

Waivers

Every player needs a signed waiver before they play. A parent or guardian must complete a waiver for each minor. You can sign yours online before you arrive.

Gift cards

Our gift cards never expire and can be used at either location.

Text messages

Enter the Enigma texts. When you book or sign our waiver online, two checkboxes beside the phone number field ask whether you want texts. Both are optional and unticked to start, and each is a separate choice. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. You can see how they look on our text message sign-up page.

Booking texts (the first box): we text the mobile number you gave us about your booking: confirmations, reminders before your game, requests to sign your waiver, payment receipts, and answers when you text us a question. We only send these to customers who have a booking or purchase with us.

Offers and promotions (the second box): we may text you offers and promotions. We never send these without that box ticked, and booking texts never depend on it.

• How often: message frequency varies. Booking texts are up to 4 messages per booking.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for our texts.
• To stop: reply STOP to any of our texts. CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and END also work. We send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
• To start again: reply START or UNSTOP.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts to third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See Text messages in our Privacy Policy.

The words, photos, room artwork and logos on this site belong to Enter the Enigma. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking us.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
